wow I really didnt even know there was an expansion coming out for it.  hell all I know was that EQII has a new expansion coming and SWG is finally going to be restored to the goodness that it was.  And that is according to some announcements from SOE directly.

Yes, Valve decided they don't want to keep their gamers waiting 5 more years without a release, so they will release 3 episodes for Half-Life 2. HL2 Episode One will pick up where HL2 left off, so you'll get to see what happens to Alyxx and Gordon after the blast at the Citadel.
