Wanted: Web Designer

I need a web designer asap for my company on a contract basis. It's highly preferred that you can commute to our East Hartford, CT location, so I expect nothing will turn up here but if you know anyone please refer them. My boss wants a jack of all trades or a small team that can handle:
1) Decent visuals. Flash is fine but he wants a non-Flash version also. Basic graphics can do the trick.
2) Flexible/scalable site. We might end up building a full-blown CMS over this.
3) Dynamic development. This might mean working on the CMS, or simply getting some basic forms up and dynamic content for now.

Job is paid depending on your credentials. References are key but don't be shy to inquire.

yes but we have finish alot of things since then...server install, 3 acts of attrition on the beheast of god, and a countless slew of other IT manage hell....

balaso also man my semester ends tuesday.  When you asked I have five 10 page papers two programs and 9 tests to study for.   That time has passed.  Also we have completed most projects we had lined up.  If you still need help on that just let me know im sure I can come up with something for you.
