Happy birthday Ataca,

I was reading your website and your services to customers from 1 to 500 employees, www.advancedcom.com,

Currently we are using analog lines for our outbound telemarketing. So we been looking at the usage of VOIP service in hoping to reduce call costs talking to customers overseas like around Asia Pacific region.

But i find VOIP only feasible for internal operations like Multi-national corporations. If it was still to call from Company A to Company B, the call cost still remains similar unless we get out customer to use the same VOIP system as us.

As for upgrade issues, yes, VOIP makes sense because there is no need to drag or open a new line, as they use this thing called the 'soft switch'. But i think our focus is still on the call costings cause we make like 3000 calls outside our country everyday.

:D Dont mind me, i am always looking for solutions.
