i need to get more ram. do all ddr sticks fit. i need a 512 stick, any recomendations?

No, you need a 184 pin DDR. DO NOT get 240 pin.
The PC4000 is suppose to be better in performance than the PC3200 so thats up to you if you want to spend the extra cash for it.
